We ship nothing out, and you do not need an appointment.
At Curtis Media Transfer, we handle all transfers in-house, ensuring the safety and integrity of your media. Unlike chain stores, we don't send your media elsewhere for processing. You're welcome to visit us during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 1 PM. No appointments are necessary; simply walk in and our team will assist you promptly. Rest assured, your original media will be returned to you unharmed after the transfer. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with my discovery of Curtis Media Transfer and their "beyond the call of duty" service. My purchase was under $20, and they responded as though it were a huge contract. They knew I was under a time constraint, and though they didn't promise they would finish it, but said they would try and they did. I will take my copying business nowhere else from now on. We brought in 30+ of our family's VHS tapes. The staff was helpful and kind, explaining all my options and answering questions about downloading them when done. It has been a wonderful bonus being able to share the link with all my siblings and children, who can download them as well. We have had so much fun watching memories together!
